Intro to "The Nest"

Join us for this introductory hour of exploring, redefining, unearthing & planting your emotional & creative narrative. The Nest is an emerging group of imperfect, creative souls who are ready to investigate their narrative. 

Poetry therapy practitioner-IT & emotional wellness advocate, Lisa Marie Brodsky Auter, will provide a taste of what this future ongoing, monthly group will offer:

• creating with curiosity & compassion 
• discovering while unearthing & replanting 
• sharing in care & community
