Upturning Your Soil

The Nest is an emerging group of imperfect, creative souls who are ready to investigate their narrative. Poetry Therapy Practioner & emotional wellness advocate, Lisa Marie Brodsky Auter, welcomes you to Upturning Your Soil - a gathering space to explore the narratives you've absorbed over time and share ways to turn over that compost to reveal something meaningful and unique to your sense of wholeness. In this group we will be:

• creating with curiosity & compassion 
• discovering while unearthing & replanting 
• sharing with care & connection - internally and externally as you feel comfortable. 

All are welcome, especially those who feel unsure, disconnected & a little lost.
